A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of £30 is required to reserve a place on my waiting list ,

Delivery
Parcels are sent via Special Delivery service, guaranteed by 1 o'clock next day (UK only ) 
Prices to be confirmed when order is weighed for depatch.

Europe and overseas prices subject to weight and service required.

Terms and Conditions

Commissions:
 When you commission a bear/dog you are ordering a customized item (eg: non stock item) and
  booking a space in my schedule to make your item. 
Any deposit taken is non-refundable should you change your mind.
 This is to cover my loss of booking space and cost of fabrics purchased to make your item. 
The 7 day cooling off period does not apply to made to order/commissioned items.

General:
In the case of buying mail order from stock only, if you are not happy with your purchase you have 7 days from delivery to return the item for a refund, excluding postage costs. The item must be returned in the saleable condition it was received for a full refund. Any refunds given will be issued within 30 days of my receipt of item. You are fully responsible for the safe return of the item, so an insured service is highly recommended.
This does not apply to 'made to order/commission' items.
